2016年10月,一次國(guó)家公派漢語(yǔ)教師考試的機(jī)會(huì),肖東老師來(lái)到了泰國(guó)宋卡王子大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院任教。兩年的時(shí)間里,肖老師共教授學(xué)生、學(xué)員869名,教授文化營(yíng)等文化類學(xué)員達(dá)1000人次以上,上課總課時(shí)達(dá)1,302小時(shí)。共組織和參與孔子學(xué)院文化活動(dòng)達(dá)72項(xiàng)以上,受眾達(dá)10,000人以上。
In October 2016, Mr. Xiao Dong came to the Confucius Institute of Prince of Songkla University in Thailand to teach as a Chinese teacher through a Chinese government program. In the following two years, Mr. Xiao taught 869 students and trainees, and more than 1000 cultural students from cultural camps, with a total class teaching time of 1,302 hours. He also has organized and participated in total of more than 72 cultural activities at the Confucius Institute, reaching an audience of more than 10,000 people.
2018年1月肖老師榮獲沙叨市政府第二學(xué)校頒發(fā)的“優(yōu)秀漢語(yǔ)教師”證書(shū);2018年7月榮獲漢語(yǔ)橋“優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師”證書(shū);2018年10月榮獲宋卡王子大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院頒發(fā)的“孔子學(xué)院優(yōu)秀教師”證書(shū);2018年榮獲國(guó)家漢辦頒發(fā)的《國(guó)家公派出國(guó)教師榮譽(yù)證書(shū)》。
In January 2018, Mr. Xiao was awarded the certificate of "Excellent Chinese Teacher" issued by the Second School of Sadao Municipal Government; in July 2018, he was awarded the certificate of "Excellent Instructor" of Chinese bridge Contest; in October 2018, he was awarded the certificate of "Excellent Teacher of Confucius Institute" issued by Confucius Institute of Prince of Songkla University; in 2018 as well, he was awarded the certificate of “Honor of National Teacher Sent by the Chinese Government by China National Office of Chinese International Language Council ( Hanban).
肖老師用他的實(shí)際行動(dòng)傳播著中國(guó)文化,用他的實(shí)際行動(dòng)成為了“一帶一路”上的貢獻(xiàn)者。

兩年的任教時(shí)光稍縱即逝,但談起當(dāng)時(shí)在宋卡王子大學(xué)的情況,肖老師仍然記憶猶新。肖老師說(shuō):“之所以當(dāng)年會(huì)參加公派考試,不僅是因?yàn)閷W(xué)校積極鼓勵(lì)老師們報(bào)名參加,更是因?yàn)樵诖髮W(xué)期間的志愿者經(jīng)歷讓我對(duì)孔子學(xué)院產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣?!?/p>
Two years of teaching time was fleeting, but when it comes to the situation at Prince Songkla University, Mr. Xiao still has a fresh memory. "The reason why I decided to go teach Chinese overseas was not only because the school actively encouraged teachers to sign up for it, but also because the volunteer experience back in my college days made me have a strong interest in the Confucius Institute." Xiao said.
2012年5月—2013年2月,還是大學(xué)生的肖老師以孔子學(xué)院志愿者的身份來(lái)到泰國(guó)沙拉德中學(xué)任教一年,主要負(fù)責(zé)泰國(guó)沙拉德中學(xué)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。那一年的志愿者生活給肖老師留下了深刻的印象,也為他之后參加公派教師考試來(lái)到泰國(guó)打下了基礎(chǔ)。
From May 2012 to February 2013, Mr. Xiao, who was just a college student, came to Salad Middle School in Thailand as a volunteer of Confucius Institute to teach for one year, mainly responsible for teaching Chinese. That year's volunteer life left a deep impression on Mr. Xiao and laid the foundation for him to go to Thailand and teach full time there later.
因?yàn)槭艿娇鬃訉W(xué)院院長(zhǎng)的信任和支持,又有國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)校的任教經(jīng)歷,從進(jìn)入孔子學(xué)院開(kāi)始,肖老師便委任做孔子學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)助理,負(fù)責(zé)孔子學(xué)院漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)和文化活動(dòng)工作。
Because of the trust and support from the president of the Confucius Institute and the teaching experience of domestic schools, since entering the Confucius Institute, Mr. Xiao was appointed as the assistant of the president of the Confucius Institute, responsible for the Chinese teaching and cultural activities of the Confucius Institute.
不僅如此,肖老師也參與教材編寫工作,與宋卡王子大學(xué)文學(xué)院中文系主任共同編寫了漢語(yǔ)求職課教材——《求職漢語(yǔ)》。
Not only that, Mr. Xiao also participated in the compilation of teaching materials. Together with the director of the Chinese Department of the College of Liber Arts of Prince Songkla University, he prepared the teaching material of "Chinese for job seeking".
在孔子學(xué)院教學(xué)分為學(xué)分課和非學(xué)分課。學(xué)分課包括中學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)課和大學(xué)生漢語(yǔ)課,屬專業(yè)課程。非學(xué)分課程包括孔院培訓(xùn)班,孔院分教學(xué)點(diǎn)漢語(yǔ)選修課,華人會(huì)館、團(tuán)體漢語(yǔ)課,HSK培訓(xùn)班等。
Chinese courses in Confucius Institute is divided into credit courses and non-credit courses. Credit courses include Chinese courses for middle school students and Chinese courses for college students, which belong to professional courses. Non-credit courses include Confucius Institute training course, Chinese elective course in Confucius Institute, Chinese Assembly Hall lessons, group Chinese courses, and HSK training courses, etc.
正因如此,兩年來(lái)肖老師接觸到了各式各樣的學(xué)員從7歲到61歲不等,有大學(xué)生、中學(xué)生、小學(xué)生,還有華人華裔、社會(huì)人員等。在肖老師的悉心指導(dǎo)下,學(xué)員們?nèi)〉昧吮姸鄡?yōu)異成績(jī)。
For this reason, during his two years teaching in Thailand, Mr. Xiao had been exposed to a wide range of students, ranging from 7 to 61 years old, including college students, middle school students, primary school students, as well as oversea Chinese and social workers. Under the great guidance of Mr. Xiao, the students have achieved many excellent results.
弘揚(yáng)中華文化記在心上
Carry Forward Chinese Culture as His Mission
孔子學(xué)院是以語(yǔ)言文化為載體的綜合文化交流平臺(tái),肩負(fù)著促進(jìn)中外友好關(guān)系發(fā)展的重要使命,關(guān)系到公共外交和人文交流尤其是教育交流的大局。我校積極響應(yīng)國(guó)家語(yǔ)言文化戰(zhàn)略,積極派遣老師出國(guó)任教交流。
Confucius Institute is a comprehensive cultural exchange platform with language and culture as its carriers. It has an important mission to promote the development of friendly relations between China and foreign countries, and is related to the overall situation of diplomacy as well as people to people and cultural exchanges, especially education exchanges. Our school actively responds to the national language and culture strategy and actively sends teachers to teach and exchange abroad.
兩年來(lái),肖老師通過(guò)主題演講、圖片展、專家講座、漢語(yǔ)文化營(yíng)活動(dòng)等多種形式不斷推廣中國(guó)文化。共組織和參與孔子學(xué)院文化活動(dòng)達(dá)72項(xiàng)以上,其中組織策劃文化營(yíng)16場(chǎng),大型文化活動(dòng)30場(chǎng),受眾達(dá)10,000人以上。此外,肖老師還組織老師們排練節(jié)目,積極參與當(dāng)?shù)厝A人社區(qū)和中國(guó)駐宋卡總領(lǐng)館大型慶?;顒?dòng)演出,獲得了特烈的反響。
During the two years of teaching, Mr. Xiao had been promoting Chinese culture through keynote speeches, photo exhibitions, expert lectures, Chinese culture camp activities and other forms. In total, he had organized and participated in more than 72 cultural activities of the Confucius Institute, including 16 cultural camps, 30 large-scale cultural activities and over 10,000 audiences. In addition, Mr. Xiao also organized teachers to rehearse programs and actively participated in large-scale celebration performances of the local Chinese community and the Consulate of China in Songkla, which received strong repercussions.
“在泰國(guó)期間,孔子學(xué)院老師們各司其職,通過(guò)武術(shù)、書(shū)畫(huà)、表演、剪紙等形式傳播中國(guó)文化。這些表演都是由老師自己編排,希望能夠讓泰國(guó)學(xué)生更多的了解中國(guó)文化?!痹谡劦街袊?guó)文化傳播時(shí),肖老師這么說(shuō)。
"During my stay in Thailand, teachers of Confucius Institute performed their respective duties to introduce Chinese culture through martial arts, calligraphy and painting, performance, paper cutting and other forms. These performances are all arranged by the teachers themselves, hoping to let Thai students learn more about Chinese culture. " Xiao said.
回想起兩年的泰國(guó)時(shí)光,肖老師感嘆:“公派生活既是磨礪修煉的過(guò)程,更是成長(zhǎng)收獲的過(guò)程。兩年生活,經(jīng)歷滿載,大的來(lái)說(shuō),無(wú)愧于漢語(yǔ)教師的神圣職責(zé),用心對(duì)待每一個(gè)學(xué)生,上好每一堂課,讓學(xué)生學(xué)快樂(lè)學(xué)漢語(yǔ)、快樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)中華文化;小的來(lái)說(shuō),感恩我遇到的每一個(gè)人、感謝無(wú)私分享和愛(ài)我的每一個(gè)人、因?yàn)樗麄冏屛页砷L(zhǎng)、成熟,讓我配得上我公派教師的身份。感謝國(guó)家、感謝漢辦、感謝學(xué)校提供這樣難得的出國(guó)任教的機(jī)會(huì)。國(guó)之強(qiáng)大者,必先傳其言?!?nbsp;
Recalling two years in Thailand, Mr. Xiao sighed: "Life there was not only a process of honing and cultivation, but also a process of growth and harvest. Two years of teaching, full of experience. In a big sense, it is worthy of the sacred duty of a Chinese teacher, treating every student with heart, doing a good job in every class, letting students learn Chinese happily and learning Chinese culture happily; in a small sense, thanks to everyone I met, thanks to everyone who loved me, because of the, I have grown up and made myself worthy of my identity of a teacher. Thanks to the state government, Hanban and the school for providing such a rare opportunity to teach abroad. If a country is strong, its language must be said world-widely first. "
回國(guó)后,我一定會(huì)全身心地投入自己的一切幫助集團(tuán)和學(xué)校拓展與泰國(guó)和其他國(guó)家的交流與溝通,為我們的教育國(guó)際化貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。
After returning to China, I am devoted to help the group and schools to expand communication and exchange with Thailand and other countries, and contribute my own strength to the education internationalization.
